Inside Out / Contemporary Ballet

1st WEEK (12-16/7) – 2 HOURS/DAY

Inside Out / Contemporary Ballet

Contemporary ballet – “universal language” – what is most relevant to the present time and scenarios

The workshop is based on the ballet technique through the personal approach of Yannis Adoniou, as it has evolved during his artistic and educational course, in order to understand, explore and develop further the moving skills of the participants based on the science behind the technique of classical dance.
We will have the opportunity to go outside the usual space (ballet studio) and explore classical dance in a natural environment and focus freely on the architecture, engineering and functionalities of ballet beyond its hierarchical and stylistic aspects.
